ACP (Anyone can Program) is a forum which lets the user get started and realise that programming is not complicated as it would seem.

You will have a bar, which shows the safety of your account.
If it reaches 0%, you account will be banned.
It decreases if you break any of the rules.
If you do not generate it, than it will be generated automatically when you break a rule.
